How to win poker

For me, poker is the most difficult game I try but can not win anymore.....Felling so stupid .
Can you ( some pro) share your experience for me! I really want to learn more and win one times

To fold or to hit. That is what makes a potential winner......a loser. When it comes to that part of the game, try setting a number that is a line in the sand. That number and anything under........hit me. Anything over........sit tight. Do not deviate from that at all. See if you do any better by trying that.
