Suggested ways to winning

So there you are, all ready and set to play in a casino. Do you normally figure out things in your mind prior to playing? They say that this is a game of chance but then how come not everyone of us wins? So my friend suggests something to me. He tells me that whenever he is set to play, he spins the wheel a couple of times before starting his turn so as to determine if there any biases. Do you think this helps by any chance?

I've heard of people doing this, but I haven't figured it out yet. I guess they go in and spin a couple of times to see if they notice that there is a wheel defect before the casino does. The guide that steve has provided does a really great job at explaining how to spot defects like this.
