The same advice I would give any beginner, which is learn to stay calm and focus. If you can get caught up in the heat of things and stop thinking rationally, you're going to lose money. Before you actually gamble, spend time in various casinos and get used to the atmosphere and how they play so you don't get distracted when you are actually playing.

Very much so. The odds are better with the European wheel whilst the house edge is lower, so to speak. A beginner should never believe those people who claim that it is not easy to win in Roullete.

I would advise them to spend time every single day working on their gambling psychology even if it's just a few minutes of thinking and meditating or whatever it takes to get you into that calm place where you can keep a clear head when making decisions.
